Following lunch, His Voice journeyed to Old Town Temecula to sing for the folk who gathered at Pepsi Playpark off Moreno Road. His Voice was invited by the Fallbrook Adventist Church for their monthly outreach in Temecula. Some folk in the park were passing by, others made it their home, but all enjoyed the gospel songs with pianist Jerry Albritton valiantly plucking the ivories of his portable keyboard.
Several miles later from Temecula to Ontario, His Voice arrived at Sunrise Church on Fifth Street ready to sing for the "First Saturday Night of the Month Concert" that has featured such singers as the Weatherfords, Promiseland, and the Harrisons. The Tradesmen Gospel Quartet began and ended the evening concert with His Voice singing several songs in between. The Tradesmen has a rich heritage in Gospel music, sharing Christ for the past thirty years and presently consists of Terry Stockman, with his son Brandon and daughter Trina. His Voice was honored to be a part of this decade-old monthly concert series and would love to visit again.
Below are some photos by Nancy Troyer, His Voice Communications, from the three Saturday concerts. (Note: to enlarge a photo, double click on it.)
