SINGING with HIM in the MOUNTAINS

"WHAT A BEAUTIFUL THING, GOD, TO GIVE THANKS, to sing an anthem to you, the High God! To announce your love each daybreak, sing your faithful presence all through the night ...." Psalm 92.

The morning of September 13, His Voice Men's Chorus journeyed up the San Bernardino mountains to 4600 feet altitude where a quaint little alpine town named Crestline covered the mountain. The men sang during the worship service, took walks in the neighborhood, then were treated to a delicious fellowship meal hosted by the ladies of the church before a community concert in the afternoon.

As you can see from the pictures below, it was another grand day praising the Lord and meeting new friends. After the concerts His Voice met for several group pictures by beautiful Lake Gregory. The sun was setting by the time the singing visitors turned the wheels of their cars and vans down California Highway 18. The setting sun's warm glow, fading all too quickly in the west, was a reminder that God is always faithful.
