HAYSTACKS & COWBOYS

"Haystacks" are on the menu for our lunch with the Acton Adventist Church family, Sabbath, January 12. Haystacks consist of a bottom layer of chips, slathered with beans. On top of the beans are chopped onions, shredded lettuce, tomato bites, sliced olives, and dollops of salsa, guacamole, sour cream or Ranch dressing, plus shredded cheese and more -- certainly a feast for any vegetarian! If you would like to contribute something to the church potluck, bring one of the items mentioned above to compliment the haystacks. Since tomorrow we're driving into the high desert and eating haystacks for lunch, it seems fitting to call all cowboys to join us for lunch at the Acton Presbyterian Community Church, 32142 Crown Valley Road ... and don't forget to seek out His Voice Baritone Ron Harrison's sister-in-law, Ronda, and thank her for making all this possible! PICTURED ABOVE are the men of His Voice at an earlier church potluck. They are (left to right) Basses Russ Lorenz, Leonard Kuninobu, and Rad Krkljus. Giddee Up, Boys!
