A MOTHER'S BLESSING

Afternoon concerts for the men of His Voice are always a little less formal and last Saturday, May 9, 2015, after a great worship with the Murrieta Springs Adventist Church family, the men and families of His Voice were eager to shed their suit coats and return to the Life Care Center of Menifee on Encanto.  An earlier concert had been in the private room of a special fellow named Bob, who at the time was still recovering but next door to Bob was a lovely lady named Dorothy, who had just returned from the hospital.  Her face glowed as she sang right along with the men, enjoying every song.  Three months later, when the singing men returned Dorothy was there again, singing away as she had before.
Handmade Mother's Day Art by the children of BBB
This time, however, the men and women of the Bible Believing Bikers (BBB) organization stayed on after their afternoon program enjoying the rich sounds of Christian men singing heavenly praises.  After the concert the children of the BBB shared their handmade art with the ladies in attendance.  Everyone felt lifted up, blessed by the Spirit, and smiling freely.  Dorothy was asked how she enjoyed the concert and she replied that she had won at Bingo.  There had been a Bingo game earlier, so the person talking to Dorothy thought she meant she had won at that Bingo but when questioned further she said, "No, I won at Bingo because I got to hear His Voice sing again!"  Here was a Christian lady blessing the singing men of His Voice on Mother's Day!  Thank you Dorothy, Jesus Loves You!

The music filled the small dining room, blessing all those who came together.
