It's true that a picture is worth a 1,000 words ... just take another look at the photos above, because each one says so much, especially for those of you who were there ... in the moment, in His grace!

The morning of Sabbath, July 12, 2008, His Voice sang at Pastor Julio Tabuenca's Bonita Valley Adventist Church in National City, south of San Diego. After a lively sermon by Retired Navy Chaplain Tom Smith, now Loma Linda VA Chaplain, the families of His Voice enjoyed a delicious lunch of homemade enchiladas by the Bonita Valley's super chef trio. Following lunch the men traveled on to Chula Vista and sang at a senior care center next to Fredericka Manor where we met many wonderful seniors.
.
Our last stop was with the Grace Adventist Church family in a Nazarene Church sanctuary. At the end of the service the congregation walked outside where a young lady, Isabella Beckwith, was baptised by Pastor Tom while His Voice sang beside them. Notice the big hug in the water troth converted into a baptismal pool.
.
The blog title above, "Destination: Grace" seems to fit so well with this special Sabbath day. Yes it is true that we ended up worshipping with a church family called Grace ... but the Lord Jesus Christ and His grace were very tangible at each of our three destinations.
.
Thank you, Lord for a wonderful day, traveling and singing because of You. You will always be, our destination!
